However, if your item or garment is damaged, please contact our team, via email within 7 days of receiving the item to make sure the issues can be resolved promptly. Per our requirement of timely satisfaction, please resend the item to address listed to within 15 days of original delivery date. This timely instruction begins our customer service resolution process.
RDPHAX does not accept return or exchange damaged, washed, or return Items beyond day 15 of original delivery date. Apparel must clean, unworn, unwashed when reshipped for an even exchange.
RDPHAX doesn’t engage in a refund policy. We are more than happy to exchange items for equal value with shipping, fees included.
